When river turns decisive,
The riverbed wonders,
Remains still,
Grasping the resolve lurking in the rush
Riverbed stands still, irrelevant to destinations the river rushes to
Full of murmuring incomprehension, with no resolve
Riverbed wondering quietly rousing waiting listening to the resolve in the river’s intended purpose, sore, crushed;
Not by the weight of the current
But by this vigorous constant friction leaving him on the verge of erection burdened distressed
My body is sick of identifying with the river while all the while identifying most sincerely with the riverbed, Ma’sha’Allhah
